The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Service descriptions, availability, and deliverables are subject to change and are confirmed in writing as part of an individual project agreement, not by this website.

Portfolio Imagery

Imagery currently displayed in the portfolio is licensed sample photography shown to illustrate visual style and quality standards while client work is in production. It is labeled as sample work and is not represented as having been produced by PointSide Media. This section will be replaced with original client work.

Intellectual Property

The PointSide Media name, wordmark, site design, and original content are the property of PointSide Media. Original photography and video produced for clients is licensed to those clients under the terms of their individual project agreement. Nothing on this site grants a license to reproduce our materials without written permission.

Quotes and Estimates

Submitting the quote request form does not create a contract or reserve a date. Projects are confirmed only through a written agreement covering scope, schedule, deliverables, licensing, and pricing.

Aerial Operations

Commercial drone operations are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified Remote Pilot and are planned around applicable regulations, airspace restrictions, weather, and site conditions. Some locations, dates, or shots may not be legally or safely flyable. Where that is the case, we will say so and propose an alternative rather than proceed.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, PointSide Media is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
