Booking and pricing
How much does a shoot cost?
It depends on the size of the place, what you want shot, and where it is, so every job gets its own quote instead of a menu price. Send me the address and I'll put a number together.
Do I have to pay anything to get a quote?
No. Asking for a quote is free and doesn't commit you to anything. A date is only held once we've agreed in writing on what gets shot, when, and the price.
My listing goes live soon. Can you fit me in?
Put your deadline in the form and I'll tell you honestly whether I can make it work, before you commit to anything.
What areas do you cover?
Macomb County and Metro Detroit. Further out is possible for planned shoots, and any travel cost is included in the quote up front.

The shoot
What is an FPV walkthrough?
A small drone flown through the property while I watch through goggles. The result is one continuous shot from the front door through the rooms, so people understand the layout instead of piecing it together from photos.
Is it safe to fly a drone inside a house?
Yes. The drone I fly indoors is a small cinewhoop with guards around the propellers, built for flying close to walls and furniture, and I plan the route before I take off.
Does the weather matter?
Not for most of what I shoot, since FPV walkthroughs and interior photos happen inside. If your shoot includes exterior photos or shots from above, I'll keep an eye on the forecast and let you know early if we should move that part to a better day.
Do you only shoot real estate?
No. I also work with restaurants, shops, offices, and other local businesses, from a single set of website photos to a bigger package with an FPV walkthrough, video, and vertical clips for social media.

How fast do I get everything back?
It depends on the job. I'll give you a realistic turnaround with the quote, so you know when to expect everything before you book. If you're working to a hard deadline, tell me up front.
How many photos do I get?
It depends on the size of the place and what you need. The number is set in the quote, so you know what you're getting before you book.
Are the files ready for the MLS and social media?
They can be. Tell me where everything is going, whether that's the MLS, your website, or Reels and TikTok, and I'll size and export the files for each one so they're ready to post.
