Privacy Policy

What I collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number, the kind of property, its address or area, the services you are interested in, your timing, and any message. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

Like almost every website, the hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page visited. I use that only to keep the site running and secure, including limiting how often the form can be sent from one address to stop spam.

How I use it

Form submissions are used to reply to you, prepare a quote, schedule work, and talk with you about your project. I do not sell your information, I do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

A few service providers process information on my behalf, each under their own privacy and security terms:

• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Resend, which delivers form submissions to my inbox as an email.
• Cloudflare, which runs the domain name and forwards email sent to my address.
• My email provider, where those emails and any replies are kept.
• Supabase, a database that may keep a copy of form submissions so no request gets lost.

I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

The public pages of this website do not set cookies and do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or any cross-site tracking. Fonts are served from this site itself, not loaded from a third party. The only cookie on this domain is a login cookie for the private page I use to update the site, which visitors never reach. Because nothing tracks you, there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this policy will change first.

Do Not Track

Because this site does not track visitors across other sites, it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

How long I keep it

Quote requests are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and keep ordinary business records. Ask and I will delete yours.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information you sent, email dominic@pointsidemedia.com. I will respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Security

Every page is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are only accessible to me. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you send.

Children

This website is for businesses and property owners and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date below.
